My opinion:

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.

Forever Winter by Amber Daulton is a romantic regency novella.

Susanna Lorican and Camden Beckinworth, the Viscount of Beckinworth estate, after a year of courtship they were going to get married. Susanna had chosen their anniversary as their wedding date as a symbolic gesture. Everything was planned perfectly but the weather had ruined her plans. She was devastated by this but canceling the wedding was out of the question if she wanted to keep her secret.
Camden was by her side comforting her after each bad omen and they had their happily ever after.

It is such a cute romance. It is super quick and focused on the winter wedding. It might be short but it packs a lot of emotional turbulence. The romantic aspect is adorable and kind of spicy for that era. The drama is plenty but thankfully doesn’t last long. I loved the mix between the modern and the regency, it makes it stand out. The characters were great, especially Susanna with her fiery spirit. My favorite part was the first scene between Camden and Lord Lorican.

I enjoyed this short story very much and I will rate it with 4 stars.
